Oh... and what's everyone's render settings set at? I love how Maya 2011/2012 loves to make playblasts like 100MB...

Yeah, the lips, especially the cheeks seem to be moving a lot around "orbit"

Ya, I would try just capturing the "oo" sound in the begining and going strait to the "t" sound at the end. don't make the shape for "b" in the middle of orbit and it should look a lot smoother
