nice work here! A few things that I see with the first lip sync exercise... I would move the root control a bit more as an arc as right now it seems that there is only an x rotation to it. Also, "This" seems a bit too soft in the beginning. In regards to composition, it would look better if you move the rig a bit off to one side, as right now he is right in the middle. Also, I would not cut off his legs right on the knees like it is now but rather I would move the camera a bit closer. Hope that helps! Have a great break!
Your lip sync assignment could be good. You need to add little more physicality. Apart from that i liked your Shot 119. You have been working really hard in the class. All the Best.
