I like the movement and expression of Mikey in the first shot. I see a small pop on the root control as he moves forward though? The second shot does not feel right with Mikey's eyes turning from side to side so fast. I would also add a slight head movement with the eyes leading first always and also slow down a bit the turning of the eyes.

I think he might supposed to be wearing a helmet in this shot. you should check with mark to know for sure though.
