Here is my assignment with pose blocking. This guy is holding the cellphone and I used the note from the lip sync class that was really helpful. Actually, I didn't really cathch all the processes on class, but I'm glad that I finished it.
Your lip sync & facial expressions are good & on mark. The head/body movements are jerky and can be smoothed with slow-in/slow-outs. Lead with the head when softening the body language and it will look great.
